1. Can anyone use this product? You must be 18 years or older to use this Fat Burner. Use of this supplement is based on being a healthy individual with no health problems. Always consult a physician before starting any health and fitness related product. Use at your own discretion. Discontinue use if you experience any serious side effects such as palpitations, nervousness, numbness, flushing, headaches, etc. If symptoms persist, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

2. Can I take this while pregnant or breast feeding? No, it is not recommended to take while pregnant or nursing.

3. How long is shipping? Shipping range anywhere from 3-7 business days.

4. How much caffeine is in the product? One serving equals about 200-250mg of caffeine. About as much as 2 cups of coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, you must try this product to see if you can tolerated. 

5. How long will one bottle last? 1-2 months depending on how you take it. Recommended dosage is 1 capsule 2 times daily but if you choose, you can take 1 capsule, once a day!
